is this love that drives me crazy?
to think of you all day
or is it a false feeling
that soon will go away
why is it when i think of you
i also think of me
why you're with me in my mind
in everything that i do
this could be infatuation
just wanting romance
are we just in love with love
merely a passing trance
then why do you cross my mind
or pop into my head
a memory of a deed you did
or something that you said
i searched all over for the answer
looked around and asked above
but found it lying in my heart
no doubt this is love

I sit here in awe of the power of the Holy Spirit, amazed in your Greatness
Feeling alone and vacant in my soul, my shine dimmed by darkness and the pain
Words just crashing into you like waves of the sea, over powering you, cleansing you
New breath, new light illuminates inside you, a guiding light of hope you’ll become
Afresh, rejuvenated in your grace, bathed in your glory
I needed you, and you sought me out, found me, and saved me.
This path I once battled, I travel again with you as my beacon to righteousness with the Lord
You sent your soldier to console and lead me on my journey, for this I thank you!
