Insanity (continued)

Well it's been a while since my last post, I have had my nagging hamstring and just been slacking it to be honest.  I am back into the routine working out every day a drinking my shakeology.  I have decided to stop weighing myself and just get after it.  I am taking pictures and will post later when I get to my goal of my belly going away.. lol.  The work outs have gotten somewhat easier, when I say easier, that just means I can keep working out with out wanting to fall to the floor and just stop.  I still hate Shaun T and flip him off every workout!  Pure Cardio, Plyo Cardio, and Resistance still kill me each time.  I still get sore, I still can't feel my legs just does not happen as fast.  I will say this, I have only thrown up once since my last post so I will keep you posted!!
